Ms. Chavet Constable, owner of Starlight, has been a part of Jacksonville’s community for 18 years. Prior to relocating to Jacksonville from California, Chavet served in the U.S. Navy where she gained rewarding experiences building lifelong relationships, an excellent work ethic, an eye for attention to detail, all the while learning the sheer importance of customer service. Involved in a brief stint in working for a lower end valet service eleven years ago, Chavet quickly ascertained that there was a need for a valet company in Jacksonville that required a higher level of service for Jacksonville’s premiere restaurants, special events, and the private event business. Starlight was born.
